Development Consultant Opportunity

Destination: Art is seeking a Development Consultant for a short-term engagement to provide strategic direction with the goal of professionalizing and systematizing Destination: Art’s fundraising and donor engagement program.

  • The Consultant will work closely with members of the Board of Directors to identify and assess potential sources of contributed revenue, including grassroots donors, major donors, corporations, foundations, grants and fundraising events.

  • In addition, the Consultant will work with the Board to refine Destination: Art’s messaging and develop materials that communicate the value proposition of supporting in a way that appeals to varying segments of prospective donors.

  • Finally, a warm prospect list will be developed by identifying individuals and institutions with the propensity to become donors and identifying grant opportunities.

  • While it is expected that this engagement will be for up to three months, it is anticipated that a longer part-time engagement is possible.

  • Anticipated compensation: $9,000.
